These terms apply to FitMyCargo at fitmycargo.com, including its calculators, the Shipment Planner and free accounts.

Using the service

You may use the calculators and the Shipment Planner for personal and business planning. Please do not misuse the service, for example by attempting to disrupt it, accessing other users' data or sending automated requests at a volume that affects other users.

Planning estimates, not guarantees

• Results are planning estimates based on the values, rates and assumptions entered.
• Load plans are optimized planning layouts and are not certified cargo-loading or safety plans. The person responsible for loading must make sure cargo is loaded, secured and within weight limits.
• Container and pallet specifications are planning references; actual dimensions and payload vary by carrier, equipment and manufacturer.
• Cost results do not include live freight rates. Duty and tax results depend on the rates and calculation bases entered and do not constitute customs advice.

Confirm important figures with your carrier, forwarder, customs broker or other adviser before relying on them.

Your account

Keep your password secure and use a valid email address. You are responsible for the information you save. We may suspend accounts used to misuse the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of results or from the service being unavailable.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. See also the privacy policy.
