Reporting a calculation issue
To help us check a result quickly, include:
- the calculator or Shipment Planner step you used;
- the values you entered, including units and any changed assumptions;
- the result you expected and why.
Please do not send passwords or payment details. We cannot provide freight quotes, book shipments or give customs advice.
Account and data requests
Signed-in users can delete saved products, shipments, plans and quotes from the dashboard at any time. To request a copy of your data or to close your account, send a message using the email address you registered with. See the privacy policy for details.
